PTO still spins after turning off

I noticed the PTO keeps turning slowly even after I switch it off on my 2020 Kubota L2501. I use it mostly for mowing, and this started after I changed the brush hog. Not sure if it's a problem with the lever or the clutch. Not sure where to check. Thanks for any advice!

If it's just coasting, that's normal drag from the oil and gears. But if it's actually powering after shutoff, that's a clutch issue. Don't guess... figure out which one it is before you wreck a gearbox.
