1998 kubota L3410D won't crank.

The 1998 Kubota L3410D has multiple safety switches:

Seat safety switch - Under the operator seat, prevents starting unless seated
PTO safety switch - On PTO lever, prevents starting with PTO engaged
Neutral safety switch - On transmission, requires neutral position to start
Clutch safety switch - On clutch pedal (if equipped), requires clutch depressed to start

The most common issue is seat switch under the seat, gets corroded or stuck from moisture and weight cycling. Since you're troubleshooting a no-start condition, check the seat switch first by bypassing it temporarily to test.

I appreciate you laying that out so clearly! The way you broke down the safety switches was really helpful and I think starting with the seat switch is a smart move.

On the older L series Kubotas, the Clutch Safety Switch is notorious for being the primary culprit in a no-start condition. It's usually a small, button-style switch located right above the clutch pedal pivot point. Because it's exposed to dirt, rust, and heel abrasion, the connector often gets loose or corroded.
just one tip from me, before testing continuity, try spraying the switch and connector with electrical contact cleaner and jiggling the wires. Sometimes that's all it takes to restore connection
