Despite spending nearly a grand on parts and labor last season, it still refuses to start. It has only 176 hours on it, but sometimes it just won't crank, even after replacing the starter and battery. The mechanic replaced several parts, including the ignition and seat safety switch, but the coils weren't getting voltage and the solenoid was showing only 5V and as if thats not enough now, the headlights won't work either. I've managed to jump the solenoid before, but no luck getting it running again. The battery's fine and on a trickle charger. I need advice on bypassing some safety switches and what size bolts I need to swap the front tires for good ones. any help I would appreciate

You can easily verify what's going on if you go ahead and check the main ground to the frame and the starter relay wiring too. @BeachBro93 is right on the money here. The problems are like little cockroaches that love hiding in loose or corroded connections.
