one of the reasons this thing was so cheap was because it doesn't start, I replaced the battery and check the starter motor, so whats next I should check?

Damn. I also made that mistake @peckingwood1 but with a secondhand car instead. Bought it right away even though I'm not sure if the "not working AC" is fixable. Now it still has that problem.

Sorry, that's a bummer!
Since you're done with the battery and starter, I suggest looking at the fuses, especially the ones for the ignition and ECU.
Give the ignition switch a wiggle and see if anything else electrical acts funny.
Also check those battery cable connections super carefully for any crude or looseness, including where they ground to the car and connect to the starter.
If it's cranking but not firing, listen for the fuel pump to hum when you turn on the key.
If you have a spare key, also try that in case it's an immobilizer issue.
