This manual contains procedures intended to assistthe dealer in unpacking and assembling the productbefore delivering to the customer.The customer's purchase is based on confidence inboth the product and your store. Observe theprocedures in this manual to assemble and adjustequipment for your customer's safety and satisfaction.When fully assembled, check function of each part andfeature.2. The following safety alert symbol marks andindications are found throughout this manual in stepswhere particular attention is required so as to ensureyour safety and to avoid product damage. Observethe instructions in these warnings where indicated.SAFETYTo prevent accidents, read through the following itemsbefore starting work, and always regard safety whenworking. It is your responsibility to ensure your safety onthe job.1. Preparations(1) Select a work site which is level, has sufficientspace, and is not close to dangerous objects.(2) Avoid poorly ventilatedrooms.Asphyxiation from exhaustfumes is always a possibilitythat accompanies running anengine.(3) Working clothes which maybe pinched or caught in theequipment must not be worn.Loose clothing can causeserious injury or death.(4) Always wear a mask andprotective goggles duringwork when dust or flyingdebris may be thrown byequipment.2. Assembly and adjustments(1) Before assemblingequipment, read theassembly instructions for theproduct to become familiarwith the equipment andprocedures.(2) Use only adequate andrequired equipment, toolsand instruments (e.g. torquewrench, battery hydrometerand etc.).(3) Set the parking brake andblock wheels to preventmachine (or tractor)movement.(4) Lower the attachment orimplement to the groundbefore assembling oradjusting equipment.(5) Before working undersuspended or raisedequipment, support theequipment or attachmentand utilize the valve lock toprevent the machine fromfalling or moving out of place.(6) Keep fire from cigarettes,matches or other ignitionsources away from fuel, oil,antifreeze and otherflammable materials.
