Joint rod end trouble on LA463 loader

I put in a new rod end (7K530-71180) on my Kubota LA463FL and it slips out after a short run, usually when lowering the bucket. I can actually watch it vibrate loose with the cover off. Has anyone used thread locker, a retainer or swapped out the pin setup (K2C51-62190 + snap pin) to keep it from backing out?

Just checking if you secured the rod end on your Kubota LA463FL with a jam nut? I imagine the most likely reason it is backing out is that the jam nut is either missing or not tightened correctly. The constant vibration from lowering the bucket and normal operation will cause the threads to loosen if this nut isn't snugged up tight against the rod end. Using a thread locker or modifying the clevis pin and snap ring setup isn't the correct fix, as those components serve a different purpose which is to hold the cylinder to the bucket linkage. The proper solution is to ensure the jam nut is there and properly torqued down.

Confirms a missing or loose jam nut is the root cause of the rod end backing out from vibration. I've got a jam nut on order and plan to torque it down next weekend once it arrives. Just one thing, did you use any washer between the nut and the rod end or go direct?
