Can you recall the first time you jumped into a Kubota or any tractor? You might have fumbled with the controls and stalled it a bit, but once you got it going, that grin just appeared out of nowhere. What was your special moment that made you fall in love with farming?

The first time I got behind the wheel of my uncle's L2850, I was around ten.
Driving it across the pasture felt like piloting a spaceship.
I stalled it three times, but I was hooked right then and there.

At sixteen, Dad handed me the keys to his M7040 during haying season. I raked while he baled, and that mix of responsibility and seeing results was an unforgettable rush.

It wasn’t even a Kubota, just an old Farmall H that barely worked.
Grandpa showed me how to double-clutch and manage the hand throttle.
No power steering made it tough, but mastering that machine felt amazing.
I've been chasing that high ever since.

My first solo bush-hogging job on our land changed everything.
Seeing the transformation I made with the tractor hit me hard. It wasn’t just about driving, I was actually getting things done.
That sense of pride has stayed with me.

Love these stories. There's something truly enchanting about that first ride. The awkwardness, the learning curve, and the sheer joy you feel all come together in a way that captures you for life.
