Hi all,
Hopping to find the issue for my wood chippers engine failure. It’s got a Kubota v1505-d.
Wood chipper died the other day. Found
I wasn’t getting any fuel to my injectors. After rolling out the fuel pump, stop solenoid and lines I opened up the injection pump to find a broken spring in one of the lifters. I fixed this issue and managed to get it started but running like hell. Appreciate any suggestions.
TIA

If its still running rough, the timing might be off or something else inside the injection pump may be damaged or misaligned. Double check the timing and internals, and if that doesnt help, a bench test on the pump might be your ideal next step

Cheers mate. I ended up ordering a new used injection pump. Replaced this and it works fine.
I suspect somthing went wrong in the rebuild of the previous pump. If I get time a might look into it.
Thanks for your help

Nice, would have suggested the injection pump too, glad you've got that sorted out real good
