What do you do to keep your Kubota tractor running smoothly? Any tips on tools, routines, and checks to avoid breakdowns and repair bills?

my usual routine is just every 50 hours, I grease everything. Every 200 hours, I change the engine oil and filters. every 400 hours, I swap the hydro and hydraulic filters. the HST filter is the most important one to never skip. it saves your transmission!

I'm just following a regular check and maintenance, including changing the engine oil and filters, checking all fluid levels (engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, transmission fluid), cleaning the air and radiator filters, and lubricating grease points
I always use genuine Kubota fluids and filters and address any leaks, unusual noises, or performance issues immediately, this keeps my Kubota always in a great condition

Yeah, it looks like keeping up with the scheduled maintenance and using real Kubota parts is what really keeps them running great.
