trying to get a proper service manual (not the owner's fluff) for my Kubota BX2380. I want the deep dive stuff.
Which manual from Carver (shop/service?) is the best for wrenching?
Have you guys had any issues with long shipping delays from Carver lately? I heard they're backed up. Thanks!

You can get the BX2380 Workshop Service Manual straight from Kubota or from Carver Machine. It includes complete teardown instructions, specifications, and diagrams. While Carver might take a bit longer, they're a trustworthy source. If you need the manual sooner, there are PDF versions available online.

you mean the service manual? you can go through dealers like Carver or Messicks to get the printed manuals, but just a heads up, many dealers, including some who sell through their online stores, also offer a digital PDF version of the Service Manual.
for me personally, it's way faster and cheaper to get the digital version, and it's searchable

Also make sure the manual has wiring and hydraulic diagrams, plus torque details, since some PDFs leave those out. It's also good to look at the revision date, so you know it works with your Kubota.
