It doesnt have power out of module going to my starter. Anybody here got any idea where I can get the electrical diagram of the operator contro module?

You can contact your local Kubota dealer for this. the parts or service dept should probably have it

I did and no surprise when he told me he'll contact me soon on this.

Sounds like your module's on a coffee break! Lol. Try checking the fuses, relays, and grounds first. For the wiring diagram, try the Kubota manual, a friendly dealer, or the deep, mysterious corners of the internet (a.k.a. tractor forums like this here)..
