oil filter for v2203 engine?

I'm running an older excavator with a Kubota V2203 engine and hit a wall trying to figure out the oil filter. The one on it now has zero markings, and it measures about 3 inches around by 3 inches long. I've searched online and even asked a couple of shops, but nobody seems able to give me a straight answer on a part number. Feels like this should be simple, but I'm just spinning my wheels. Anyone know what oil filter actually works on the V2203? A part number would be a lifesaver.

Kubota V2203 takes the HH150-32094 filter. Cross refs easy to Wix 51365 or NAPA 1365 if you're not going OEM and the 3x3 size matches up.

I think the correct oil filter for that is HH164-32430 or 15853-32430. Try to double-check by cross-referencing it on a site like Tractor Supply or via Kubota's dealership store online. Another option is to call a local parts counter and give them your engine model. They can usually look up the right number for you in their system. Also just a heads-up, it's always a good idea to grab a spare while you're at it. Always better to have one and not need it than the other way around!

I agree with @h1ck0ry.b. The HH164-32430 is the one you want.
The 15853-32430 is also a valid Kubota part number, so both should work for your V2203.
For aftermarket, the Wix 51358 is a great and common cross-reference that's usually easy to find.
Just grab one of those and you'll be set!
