2019 ssv65 i changed the hydrolic oil, sucked out with shop vac. changed both filters, forgot to fill them with hydro fluid(not sure if that matters) re-filled resevoir tank. started skid steer, thought i was ok to warm up, left for 20 min. came back and tank was low. put another 2 gallons in. closed cab and pushed green park button and right joystick work but left one (wheels) does not. doesnt make any noise whatsoever. its as if i did not even push the park release. loader worked perffectly fine prior. Anybody have any ideas

Check your level again. Sounds like you're still low.

I did a little digging into this, and it looks like you've definitely got some air trapped in the system.

Not pre-filling the filters is a big deal here. The left circuit (drive) is likely still airlocked, while the right circuit (loader) managed to bleed itself out when you were running it.

To get the drive circuit bled properly, you'll want to lift the machine up on blocks, start it up, and then slowly cycle the drive controls back and forth with the tracks off the ground. It should take about 10-15 minutes of cycling to get all the air out. Just keep an eye on the fluid level as it bleeds.

If that doesn’t do the trick, take a look at the drive circuit relief valve sometimes they can stick after you change the fluid.

you didn't pre fill the filters, so you basically created a massive air pocket in the drive loop
the loader is an open center system so it bleeds fast, but the drive is a closed loop.

try to get it up on jack stands so the wheels can spin freely

That makes sense, those closed-loop drives really don’t handle air pockets well. Great advice on using the jack stands
