My dad just bought a Kubota ZG327 zero turn with about 150 hours on it, but the previous owner apparently jumped it backward.

The mower cranks over fine, but it won't start. The big issue is, we can't hear the fuel pump and there's a 15 amp fuse under the seat that keeps blowing.
I remember that a fuel pump shutoff solenoid, so I told my buddy to order one, but for the life of us, we can't find it on the mower anywhere.

We're pretty stumped here. Any ideas on why that fuse keeps blowing or what else we should be looking for? We just want to get it running smoothly! Thanks for any help.

Based on my knowledge, a blown 15 amp fuse on these usually means a short in the wiring to the fuel pump or solenoid. The shutoff solenoid is on the carb, and if it was jumped backward, it might have fried the solenoid or the wiring. Id follow the wires from that fuse, last time I dealt with this, there was a melted spot in the harness that kept shorting it out.

Blaming the fuse blowing just on a bad fuel pump solenoid is too simple, chances are the previous owner fried the wiring or the pump itself... Jumping it backward often damages more than you think, and replacing parts without checking the wiring harness first is a waste of time and money
