IMPORTANT: Before beginning assembly of this sub frame, please read the instructions through completely and familiarize yourself with all the parts. Open carton and layout all parts for assembly. Be sure tires are properly inflated. Pressure must be equal on both sides of tractor. After completing assembly, torque all bolts according to torque specification table on page 25.STEP 1: PREPARATION FOR TRACTOR WITHOUT LOADERa) Remove front bumper and keep the four bolts and lock washers.b) Install front support bracket (fig.1, item 1) using bolts and lock washers from bumper (fig.1, item2). Tighten securely.c) For L2900 and L3300 tractor Install left hand attaching plate (fig.2, item 1)with shim 3/8" thick (fig.2, item 2, seven drilledholes) and shim 1/2" thick (fig.2, item 3, sevendrilled holes), using seven bolts M14 X 60 mm(fig.2, item 4) with lockwashers and nuts. Install right hand attaching plate (fig.3, item 1) withshim 1/2" thick (fig.3, item 2) and hose support(fig.3, item 3) at indicated positions using sevenM14 X 50 mm (fig.3, item 4) bolts withlockwashers and nuts. Do not tighten yet. Forhose support (fig.3, item 5) use bolt and hosesupport of the tractor, under the oil filter.FIGURE 1FIGURE 2IMPORTANT : AIl bolts throughttractor frame must be installed from insidetractor frame with the nuts and lockwasherson the outside to prevent interference withsteering cylinder. It may be necessary toremouve the pin of the rod end of thesteering cylinder to install bolts.
