Just picked up this used Kubota ZD323, and one of the rear gauge pins is completely stuck. Ive tried Liquid Wrench, heat, muriatic acid and even hammered it with a steel rod, but yeah no luck . Got the clevis pin out and the other side loose, but this one won't budge. Already hit it with anti-seize too. Any tips to break it free?

I have been there, those pins can be brutal. Try soaking it overnight with PB Blaster, then use an air hammer if you've got one...heat it again after soaking.

Appreciate the tip!! I'll definitely try the PB Blaster soak. Just curious though, when you say heat it again after soaking, are you using a torch or something milder? And does the air hammer usually knock it loose without damaging the pin or surrounding parts?

To effectively use torch heat, start by heating the area thoroughly, then use an air hammer with a blunt punch. Go for short bursts rather than running it at full power. If it remains stubbornly stuck, consider freezing spray immediately after heating to give it a shock and help loosen it.
