These operating instructions only apply to the KUBOTA excavator KX085-5, which complies with the following Declaration of Conformity (page 11).In addition, the machines product identification number must correspond to the following scope of application.KX085-5 - Valid from serial number 11489The serial number is part of the product identification number (page 50).Please contact your KUBOTA dealer for any additional information or troubleshooting procedures not mentionedin these operating instructions.We would also like to point out that the contents of these operating instructions are not part of any previously existing agreement, commitment or legal relationship nor do they constitute an amendment this. All responsibilitiesare taken from the respective sales contract, which contains the complete and exclusively valid contractual warranty, refer to the "Duties, liability and warranty" section (page 17).
