B7800 Front wheel lugs

I just noticed a front wheel lug missing. I took a quick look and am a bit confused. I appears as though there are some threads for a stud type lug to screw in then a nut/washer to hold the wheel on.
I need to actually pull the tire off to get a good look at it.
Called the Kubota dealer and the parts guy is telling me the lug is actually part of the hub and I would have to buy a new hub. Does this sound right to any of you?

That doesn't sound right, at least it makes no sense unless they want to sell you something you don't need. Maybe the other members might have a better answer for this.
