What’s the best side dish on your plate?

I don’t have a photo to share just yet, but I’m definitely planning to load up on sides this year. Back in the day I used to sneak extra stuffing when no one was watching it turned into my little tradition, even more than the turkey itself. Some habits just stick with you! What’s that one side dish you can’t live without? Feel free to share your pics!

I do truly love scalloped corn, or sometimes know as corn pudding.
My Wife puts just a little green pepper in it.

That sounds absolutely delicious! I can imagine how the corn pudding paired with a bit of green pepper would add a delightful kick. I really enjoy hearing about those family twists on classic side dishes!
