As a new Kubota Mini owner, what are the typical wear points I should watch out for to avoid any downtime? I’d love to hear your insights and tips for catching issues early and keeping these machines in top shape!

Watch out for the undercarriage, track tension, rollers, and idler wheels are the first to show wear. It’s important to check the hydraulic hoses for any rubbing or cracks. Regular greasing of the swing bearing and bucket pins is a must. Don’t overlook the need to change the air and fuel filters regularly. And remember to inspect the boom and arm bushings for any play every year

Regularly monitor the final drive oil for contamination that might point to a seal failure. Check the wear on the blade edges and teeth, and inspect the electrical connections for any corrosion. Also, listen closely for any unusual sounds from the hydraulic pump to avoid a major failure down the line.
