Kubota dash display flooded

My pops’ Kubota took on some water, and the dash display got totally flooded. Now it's dead as a doornail.
I'm trying to figure out if there's any hope before we drop a crazy amount of cash (like more than 1000 bucks) on a whole new one.
I already went through and checked all the fuses, and they look fine.

My big question is, how do I check if the thing is even getting power? I've got a multimeter, but I'm a little lost on which wires to poke at and what the voltage should be.
Any pointers on where to start would be a lifesaver. Thanks a ton!

Do not assume the dash is totally dead yet, but also do not power probe it while it is wet. Many Kubota clusters have separate circuits for lights and the LCD. If none of them power up, then your meter check on the harness will tell you if power is even reaching it or if a hidden wire problem is the real culprit.

To see if your dash display is getting power, grab your multimeter and check the voltage on the power wires going to the display. With the ignition on, you should see a steady 12V DC. Find the right wires by following them from the fuse box to the display, and be sure the ground is solid.
