When winter rolls around and the temp dips, I always start to wonder if my Kubota is going to run alright or start acting up. I’ve been checking out those anti-gel fuel additives, and I'm wondering if they’re actually worth it. Have you ever used them in your Kubota stuff? Did you see any difference? Let us know what you've experienced and if you have any tips, so we can all figure out if adding them to our winter routine is really worth it.

I began using anti-gel a few winters back after my old Kubota had a hiccup on a particularly frigid morning. It wasn’t anything major, but the additive definitely seemed to help. Now, I make sure to use it whenever the temperature drops.

Over the years, I’ve experimented with a few different brands for my Kubota mainly because I work early mornings and can’t risk any surprises. Some winters, I notice a clear difference, while other times it’s not as noticeable. Still, it gives me some peace of mind when it’s really cold outside.

Used to completely avoid additives until that one winter when my fuel actually gelled up during a cold snap. After that, I started putting in a bit of anti-gel with every fill-up. I haven't run into problems since, so I’d say it’s been worth it.
