B2650 Roof Blowing Off

I just snagged a B2650, and guess what? The roof literally blew off while I was cruising down the highway towing it home! Thank goodness it didn’t smack into another car or cause a pile-up. I totally spaced on strapping the roof down, and now I’m curious - has this happened to anyone else?

I’m thinking about replacing the roof myself, but man, it’s gonna cost a pretty penny. Any tips on fixing it without going all out for a new roof? Appreciate any tips!

Whoa, that’s pretty wild! Definitely raises some eyebrows, like, were those roof bolts even locked down properly in the first place? Tsk tsk!

Now that's crazy! it's good that no one got hurt though. replacing the roof surely sounds pricey but maybe you can check out local used parts shop? you might get a replacement there for a lower price

Any specifics about the price in question? Sure you could do some DIY solution, but with cost and time it take would it be even worth considering it? DOn't get me wrong, I'm not saying you'll do a poor job, but the point it to make it better and not be in the same shitstorfm as this one
