Lost auxiliary power wire

Hey everyone! I'm new to the forum and could use some help. I'm trying to locate an auxiliary power wire in my vehicle that's orange/blue. I believe it's connected to a 15 amp fuse in the fuse box and likely terminates somewhere under the seat.

Has anyone else encountered this wire or have any tips for finding it?
