Just Scored the M62

Got my hands on the new M62 last month, and wow - this thing packs a punch! I'm already loving its power, but I've got a couple of questions.

First off, I was a bit taken aback when it struggled to lift those fresh pine stumps. My old JD110 would’ve handled those like a champ! Also, when I’m using the backhoe to lift something and I try to raise the dipper, the boom sometimes drops back down. Is that just how it rolls, or is something off with my M62?

When you pulled that boom back up, did you notice anything?
Sounds like the relief might've let loose! I haven’t messed with the M62 myself, but I tightened some valves on my M59 without even bothering with a pressure gauge.
If you’ve got one handy, check that pressure, it could be set too low. And you’ll need to pop off the plastic cover on the backhoe control with two Phillips screws to access the reliefs.
