B5100E Won't Start After Fuel Filter Hose Change

I recently swapped out the cracked fuel filter hose on my B5100E, but now it won't start. I tried bleeding the fuel system, but no luck. Any ideas on what could be going wrong, or how to fix it?

Yes, it's in the manual. Don;t have a copy but it should be there. Good luck.
